EDITORIAL: A Strong and Powerful Foundation
Designing, upgrading or even just re-focusing your website
is not an easy task, and even more so when the foundation of
the whole project is set on shaky ground. Let's look at what
is bound to strengthen it and make it the starting point for a
less stressful, less time consuming and most of all less
expensive experience. Oh...and I forgot to mention: a much
more successful result.
Take a piece of paper and write the following questions and
your answers before you take another step towards building or
enhancing your web site.

| THE TOP TEN: Questions to Help You Make Conscious
Choices You Feel Good About
by Davender Gupta
Life is a series of choices. How can you make a decision
that you won't later regret? It's not about right or wrong
decisions: it's about making conscious choices, decisions that
come from a place of love (highest intent). If you've
collected all your data, done your risk analysis, listed your
pros and cons, and done all of the other logical steps...but
you still feel hesitant, then go through this list of
questions to see if you can answer them with confidence and
clarity. If you can do so, then you will not regret your
decision, because your choice is in line with your intuition.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Coaching Certification
We all know and work hard to meet the requirements set by
International Coach Federation for Certification. Not too many
of us know that there is another strong organisation offering
coaching certification.
The International Association of Coaches (ICA) was the
brainchild of Thomas J. Leonard, often credited as the founder
of the coaching profession. In May of 2002 he asked his
R&D Team their take on establishing a certification
standard based on the 15 Proficiencies he had developed at
CoachVille and was overwhelmed with positive response. He
asked Michael O. "Coop" Cooper to volunteer to launch the
organization. Coop immediately set up an R&D Team of over
300 coaches to tease out the design of the organization and
the process for certification. It took nearly 12 months to
bring the certification process to fruition and launch the
IAC.
